Job summary

Petrotech Group in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a proactive sales and project coordination professional to support OEMs and internal teams in delivering equipment and services.

You will track orders, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining project documents and communication with suppliers. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, sales administration, or similar role.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, or energy sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OEM suppliers to obtain technical information, lead times and availability.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, trackers, delivery schedules and reports.
• Monitor project order progress and follow up with departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales and project status reports.
• Handle general sales administration and other coordination activities as required.
