Job summary

Parsons is seeking aProgram Director Highways and Drainage (O&M) to lead a major O&M portfolio in the GCC, driving integrated teams, budget adherence and high performance KPIs. You will manage client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure delivery against schedule and quality standards.

The role requires +25 years of experience in O&M infrastructure, GCC project experience, and a strong engineering background with PM certification. Location includes Doha with a large project footprint.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and a masters in engineering or equivalent.
• Recognized qualification from the Institute of Asset Management.
• Parsons project management certification requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings with the Client to ensure compliance with all management systems and develop collaborative integrated teams for the O&M contract.
• Provide cost management in line with Client budgets and drive innovation and mentoring for the project.
• Provide leadership and management for the O&M Contract and deliver services on time, within scope and budget.
• Plan, organize, develop, and control activities to accomplish integrated service objectives.
• Mentor and develop a team to ensure tasks are delivered on time and with quality.
• Oversee staffing development and identify key employees for long-term succession.
