Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co. in Doha invites a seasoned program manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

You will oversee HSE, quality, risk and cost controls, manage interfaces, and drive continuous improvement across the program. A bachelor degree in engineering and professional accreditation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• MME accreditation is a mandatory requirement.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls execution of all program functions (technical, fiscal, administrative).
• Represents the company with the customer and selected suppliers; negotiates scope changes.
• Establishes program requirements and assigns responsibility to subordinates; monitors deliverables.
• Provides input to performance reviews and develops subordinates; promotes quality improvement.
• Monitors progress and budgets; advises on changes and cost/schedule risks; informs management and customer.
• Oversees health & safety, quality control plans, and regulatory support for hazardous work.
• Maintains customer relationships and manages multiple stakeholders across the project.
