Project Delivery Manager – Civil/Structural Engineer

Due to the growth within Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Middle East infrastructure business we are currently looking to recruit a Project Delivery Manager who has experience within both Civil and Structural aspects of roads and bridges projects.

I am currently recruiting talented individuals to fill a live vacancy for a Design Manager - Highways & Infrastructure to work on their projects in Doha, Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate specialised activity working alongside the Senior Design Manager
• Leads in the formulation of advanced technical competencies/ Provides specialist services in support of project requirements
• Independently performs highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialised principles
• Assist on bids and proposals as and when required

Qualifications and experience:

• Candidate should have 15 years' experience, Chartered, 5 years minimum similar experience in the design and delivery of major highways and drainage projects, infrastructure design on rural motorways, carriageways, bridges etc
• BSc Degree as minimum qualification in relevant Civil or Structural Engineering discipline
