Job summary

Rits Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil Infrastructure to oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role involves managing roads, utilities and coordinating with government authorities to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roads, utilities, drainage, and deep utility works, with strong leadership and communication skills to supervise multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• UPDA Certification preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Requires 10–15 years of project management in infrastructure.
• Experience across Roads/Highways, Utility Networks, Drainage & Sewerage, Storm Water, Potable Water, Electrical & Telecom Duct Banks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure and utility projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage utility diversions, deep utility works, drainage and water networks.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend client progress meetings.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil Infrastructure to oversee the planning execution and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing roads highways underground utilities and coordinating with government authorities while ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure and utility projects
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage utility diversion, deep utility installation, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, and duct bank works
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Prepare project reports and attend client progress meetings
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• UPDA Certified (Preferred)
• PMP Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 10 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in: Roads & Highways, Utility Networks, Drainage & Sewerage, Storm Water Networks, Potable Water Networks, Electrical & Telecom Duct Banks, Utility Corridors, Deep Utility Works, Utility Diversions, Road Reinstatement, Traffic Management, Authority Coordination

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on Ashghal, Lusail, Kahramaa (KM), or Qatari Diar (QD) projects will be an added advantage.
