Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Technical Manager Drainage Networks Operations and Maintenance in Qatar to lead and optimize large-scale drainage O&M programs. You will plan maintenance, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while collaborating with authorities and sub-contractors.

The role requires extensive civil engineering experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in long-term O&M contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 25+ years of proven experience in Drainage System Development and O&M projects.
• Master's degree in engineering is preferred; leadership and project management skills highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for drainage networks with client priorities.
• Monitor and lead maintenance teams, schedule work, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Direct staff, coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure safety compliance and regulations.
• Oversee contracts with construction and O&M providers, including change orders and performance monitoring.
• Drive training and upskilling for O&M staff and manage manpower planning.
