Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG seeks an experienced Operations Excellence specialist to lead continuous improvement programs across onshore and offshore facilities. You will champion CI initiatives, best practices and performance optimization strategies during multi-site project delivery to meet standards and maximize benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or business management.
• 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, or within Operations functions.
• Experience in the implementation of Operations Excellence and Process Safety programs or similar.
• Experience in the application and utilization of statistical software such as JMP or Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic continuous improvement opportunities and align with corporate goals to optimize operations efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, cost optimization opportunities, organize workshops, assess health checks and manage resources.
• Create and execute communication plans for OE programs; lead change management and cascade expertise in CI/Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop, establish, maintain and revise OE processes, procedures, manuals and training materials.
• Conduct training support and guidance to maintain high standards of Operational Excellence.
