Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with time studies, process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, etc.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Minitab or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve workflow processes.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain production standards and guidelines for efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
