Job summary

malomatia is seeking a Project Director to lead a large, mission-critical engagement. You will own overall client delivery, service outcomes, and account profitability while guiding transformation, risk management and stakeholder engagement across multiple technology towers.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years IT experience with at least 8 years in senior managed-services or technology-operations leadership.
Demonstrated accountability for a large, complex, 24x7 technology-services engagement with executive governance.
Proven experience as senior client-facing delivery executive for an accountable engagement, including governance and client confidence recovery.
End-to-end accountability for delivery across multiple technology towers with cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial record covering P&L, forecasting, margin protection and contractual governance.
Experience mobilising or transitioning into steady-state managed services, including readiness gates and knowledge transfer.
Working knowledge of ITIL 4 service-management practices and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Act as malomatia’s senior accountable leader and primary executive interface for the client engagement.
Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Translate contractual commitments into an integrated account plan with service outcomes and growth.
Lead executive steering committees and critical escalation forums for timely decisions.
Maintain an executive view of engagement health, priorities, risks and corrective actions.
Own end-to-end contracted service outcomes and delegate day-to-day delivery management.
Ensure disciplined management of availability, resilience, incidents, change, capacity and security.
Provide governance for mobilization and transition with readiness and knowledge transfer.
Review transition risks and recovery actions; ensure controlled handover to steady-state operations.
Own engagement P&L, revenue assurance, billing readiness and forecast accuracy.
Balance service quality with disciplined commercial management.
Drive continual improvement and a transformation roadmap linked to resilience and value.
