Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an Associate - Senior PMO Coordination to support project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative activities across multiple projects and programs.

You will work with Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure adherence to established methodologies and governance frameworks, monitor schedules and risks, and prepare dashboards and management updates for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience in PMO coordination and governance is required.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative support across multiple projects and programs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure adherence to methodologies and governance frameworks.
