Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks a Senior Associate IT Project Management to assist the Projects Department with day-to-day operations and PMO rollout.

You will gather and validate project data, support KPI reporting, coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders, and help produce management information reports for ongoing initiatives. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a highly rated international bank.
• Strong understanding of PMO, project governance and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of the Projects Department.
• Support rollout of project management methodologies, processes and tools.
• Aid data gathering, validation and input for projects and spend-related info.
• Prepare management information reports on planned and ongoing projects.
• Maintain project documentation and KPI tracking.
• Assist in training material and PMO tools training.
• Coordinate with IT departments to ensure progress of ongoing projects.
• Ensure protection and security of project information per Group policies.
