Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking an experienced Program Management Office Manager in Doha, Qatar. The role leads the enterprise PMO, translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans and governance, while overseeing a portfolio of transformation initiatives with governance, budgets, and timelines.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO and executive management, establishing standardized methodologies, reporting, and escalation processes to drive delivery and value realization

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMOs and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience working with senior executives and department heads.
• Strong track record in cross-functional project leadership in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and continuously enhance the enterprise PMO framework and governance.
• Translate strategy into programs, roadmaps, and executable actions with owners.
• Maintain portfolio view, prioritize initiatives, and monitor delivery.
• Develop executive dashboards and regular portfolio updates for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies and risks.
