Job summary

PPL Dynamics in Qatar seeks an experienced Project Manager to support project governance, portfolio activities, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a large and complex organization.

The role requires minimum 7 years in PMO/Portfolio Management, strong communication and stakeholder management, and familiarity with large-scale programs; GCC experience and PMP/PRINCE2 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Project Management, PMO, or Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong understanding of project governance and business case development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• GCC experience preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
