Job summary

Flip retail in Doha is seeking a Personal Secretary to support the General Manager with daily executive tasks, scheduling, travel coordination, and document preparation.

The role involves coordinating meetings, taking minutes, managing correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the GM's office. This permanent position requires reliability, discretion and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily management tasks, including handling phone calls and correspondence.
• Maintain the GM's timetable and calendar.
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
• Arrange travel and visitor plans.
• Take minutes during conferences.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to support the GM.

Personal Secretary

Tasks and duties shall consist of, yet not restricted to, the following:

• Performing daily management tasks, including addressing phone calls, declaring, etc
• Taking care of the GM's timetablePreparing document, reports and/or presentationsMaking traveling and also visitors plansTaking the mins of conferencesLiaising with individuals or teams inside or outside the Company in support of the GM
