Job summary

Our Habitas in Doha invites an experienced People & Culture Executive to support the People & Culture Manager in overseeing HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and admin processes. You will coordinate day-to-day operations and guide coordinators and interns while upholding confidentiality and Ennismore standards.

You will play a key role in onboarding, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement, contributing to a best-in-class associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, ideally within hospitality.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, or learning and development is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the People & Culture Manager in managing daily departmental operations.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance issues.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and track compliance training.
• Oversee HR administration and maintain confidential records.
