Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own employee settlement operations across corporate and frontline teams. You will prepare final settlements, EOSB and related payments, ensuring compliance with GCC laws and company policy while coordinating with payroll and HR partners.

The role covers high-volume calculations for Marketplace, Grocery, and Snoomart staff, plus complex settlements for international and executive employees, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Administration, Payroll.
• Experience preparing employee final settlements and End of Service Benefit calculations within GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labor legislation and statutory employment requirements.
• Experience managing social insurance calculations, GCC Insurance Protection Extension schemes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate final settlement calculations for departing employees, including EOSB and deductions.
• Calculate statutory social insurance contributions and GCC Insurance Protection Extension obligations.
• Manage high-volume settlement calculations for frontline and operational staff.
• Process settlements for corporate employees including international and executive contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Finance to align settlements with payroll and with HR to support exits and inquiries.
