Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking an Assistant Manager of People Development to oversee learning and talent development across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.

You will drive recording, reporting and review of learning materials, organize New Team Member Orientation, and coordinate with departmental trainers and program leads to support training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, People Development, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in People Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders.
• Passion for people development and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc.
• Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program.
• Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
• Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs.
• Drives grooming standards across all departments.
• Drives learning needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
• Supports other learning and development, quality programs, initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets.
