In this role within Talent and Culture, you will help onboard new associates, validate documents, coordinate pre-boarding and joining logistics, and maintain accurate records in Avature and Oasys. You will also assist payroll tasks and collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting onboarding processes and HR administration.
• Ability to manage, maintain and audit employee records with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR policies and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new associates ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Review and validate onboarding documentation prior to joining.
• Accompany new associates during Heart of House tour, wardrobe fitting and onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate document signing, system registrations and electronic time and attendance enrollment.
• Communicate company policies, procedures, benefits and internal guidelines to new associates clearly and accurately.
• Organize, maintain and update associate records in the digital filing system ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Submit and manage employee documentation within the Avature and Oasys systems in compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Ensure all employee files are complete up to date and audit-ready at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll processing including data validation and documentation support.
• Provide support during employee offboarding processes including documentation, system updates and coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records related to employee status changes.
