Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking an Assistant People and Culture Manager to join our People & Culture team. Based at the hotel, you will support HR operations and uphold MOHG's culture.

The role requires at least 2 years in a 5-star environment, English fluency, and the ability to work with multicultural teams; we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including housing and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• International experience with GCC and/or Doha preferred.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the People & Culture Department records and procedures.
• Administer personnel procedures including starters, transfers, promotions, variations and leavers liaising with Finance.
• Conduct recruitment coordination, prepare contracts and liaise with stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel and visa arrangements, and manage monthly and annual audits of records.
