Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways such as CyberSource and MPGS.
• Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle, including: Authorization, Capture, Settlement, Refund, Reversal.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and support merchants with payment inquiries.
• Maintain operational workflows and documentation; provide timely updates during payment incidents.
• Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations and testing activities.
• Review API responses, error codes, and logs to resolve integration issues.
• Support tokenization, 3D Secure authentication, and recurring payments.
