Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Specialist in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on developing and executing trading plans to boost online sales via website and app merchandising.

You will manage banners, listings, pricing, and seasonal campaigns while collaborating with Buying, Marketing, and Design teams. You will analyze performance with Excel/Sheets and GA4, monitor margins and stock, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce trading, online merchandising, or online retail.
• Hands-on experience managing website and mobile app content, banners, product listings, and promotions.
• Strong understanding of online sales, pricing strategies, profit margins, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyse sales and performance data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Buying, Marketing, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Trading & Growth in developing and implementing eCommerce trading plans to increase online sales and orders.
• Manage daily website and mobile app merchandising, including banners, category pages, product listings, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, and other promotional events.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product ranges to identify business opportunities.
• Manage promotional campaigns, price changes, and product launches, ensuring accuracy before going live.
• Coordinate with Buying, Marketing, and Design teams regarding stock availability, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor sales, profit margins, inventory, and website performance, preparing daily and weekly reports.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and GA4 or similar analytics tools to identify performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Track slow-moving and aged stock and recommend suitable clearance or markdown strategies.
• Ensure product pages have accurate images, descriptions, pricing, and product variants.

• Preferred: Experience with Shopify administration, GA4 analytics, email and push notification campaigns, and retail/eCommerce businesses in Qatar or the GCC. Experience in the mum and baby retail sector is an advantage.
