Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist – Payment Gateway Operations to support payment processing and transaction troubleshooting within a banking technology environment in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires practical knowledge of digital payment workflows and gateway integrations in a high-volume setting. The candidate will work with CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS), handling authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
• Strong understanding of payment authorization, capture, settlement, refunds and reversals.
• Experience troubleshooting payment gateway transactions and integration issues.
• Coding knowledge in PHP, Java, and .NET.
• Understanding of payment security and PCI DSS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support payment gateway operations in an e-commerce or banking technology environment.
• Collaborate with CyberSource and MPGS.
• Troubleshoot payment transactions and investigation of gateway or integration issues.
• Understand and support authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals workflows.
• Review payment APIs, checkout flows, transaction logs, and error codes to identify issues.
• Coordinate with developers, banks, merchants and payment service providers to resolve problems.
• Apply knowledge of payment security and PCI DSS requirements.
