Job summary

Arab Solutions in Doha is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage e-commerce operations, support payment gateway integrations, and optimize online payment performance using CyberSource and MPGS. The role emphasizes operational support, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver secure, reliable payment experiences.

You will work with IT, development, banks, and merchants, monitor payment flows, test APIs, and help implement tokenization and 3D Secure.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience with CyberSource and MPGS payment gateways.
• Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of APIs, payment flows, and online checkout processes.
• Familiarity with tokenization, 3D Secure, and fraud prevention tools.
• Experience with banks, acquirers, and payment service providers.
• Experience supporting high-volume online commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations.
• Support merchants' business teams with eCommerce payment-related inquiries.
• Maintain operational workflows and documentation.
• Provide timely updates during payment incidents and operational issues.
• Support the day-to-day operation of CyberSource and MPGS payment gateway platforms.
• Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and coordinate resolution with merchants.
• Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations and enhancements.
• Support testing activities; Validate payment flows across web and mobile channels.
• Review API responses, error codes and transaction logs to identify issues.
• Support the implementation of tokenization, 3D Secure authentication, and recurring payments.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and support fraud monitoring and risk management.
• Collaborate with E-commerce teams, IT/development teams, banks and PSPs, merchants, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• -Manage daily e-commerce operations


• -Support merchants business teams with eCommerce payment-related inquiries


• -Maintain operational workflows and documentation


• -Provide timely updates during payment incidents and operational issues

Payment Gateway Operations CyberSource amp MPGS

• -Support the day-to-day operation of CyberSource and MPGS payment gateway platforms


• -Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and coordinate resolution merchants

Payment Integration Support

• -Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations and enhancements


• -Support testing activities


• -Validate payment flows across web and mobile channels


• -Review API responses error codes and transaction logs to identify and resolve integration issues

Security amp Compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech environments;


• Hands-on experience with payment gateways such as CyberSource and MPGS;


• Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle, including:AuthorizationCaptureSettlementRefundReversal- Experience troubleshooting payment transactions and integration issues;


• Knowledge of APIs, Payment flows, and online checkout processes;


• Knowledge of coding in PHP, Java and .net.Tr-Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment integrations;


• Knowledge of REST API`s, JSON, Webhooks, and transaction logs;


• Understanding of EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud management tools, and payment security;


• Experience working with banks, acquirers, and payment service providers;
