Job Overview

Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist – Payment Gateway Operations to support payment processing operations and transaction troubleshooting within a banking technology environment in Doha, Qatar. The role requires practical knowledge of digital payment workflows, payment gateway operations, and integration-related issues.

The successful candidate will work with CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS), supporting payment authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals. Responsibilities also include investigating transaction failures, reviewing error codes and transaction logs, understanding checkout flows and payment APIs, and coordinating with development teams, banks, merchants, and payment service providers.

Candidates should have experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech, along with coding knowledge in PHP, Java, and .NET. Understanding payment security and PCI DSS requirements is also essential. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, EMV 3-D Secure (3DS), tokenization, and fraud management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payment gateway operations in an e-commerce, digital payments, or banking technology environment.
