SEED is seeking a Patient Care Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and guiding clients through their wellness journey within SEED’s holistic framework.

You will welcome clients, explain services, coordinate appointments, and support practitioners with non-clinical tasks while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment and accurate health documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for clear, respectful interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medicine concepts to convey wellness information accurately.
• Experience in a clinical, wellness, or healthcare setting and familiarity with holistic or integrative care is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Doha, with flexible hours, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, client-centered approach, with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
