Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a dedicated culinary professional to lead a kitchen team in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences. You will prepare and execute dishes according to standard recipes, supervise shifts, and ensure hygiene and food standards are met.

Ideal candidates hold a culinary arts degree, have 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and execute food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and chef’s instructions.
• To establish standard recipes and ensure corporate compliance with them.
• Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, ensure uniform portions.
• To supervise employees and manage a shift.
• To ensure proper sanitation procedures and the kitchen meets Four Seasons’ hygiene standards.
• To understand Four Seasons Food Standards.
