Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a Non-Management Kitchen Supervisor to oversee cooks and kitchen staff. You will ensure proper portions, plating, and attractive displays, while coordinating with Food & Beverage service for menu specials and stock needs.

You will also assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members, maintain kitchen logs, and enforce food safety standards to protect guests and the brand.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and garnish of food.
• Inform service staff of menu specials and items out of stock.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Maintain kitchen logs and ensure food safety.
