Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
• Follow food safety policies and ensure proper sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Monitor the quality and portions served throughout the shift.
