Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in sales/customer service, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. A customer-first mindset and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Automotive Qatar, GCC English proficiency; MS Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outdoor sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and visiting potential customers to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting products and demonstrating benefits.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions to educate customers on specifications and advantages.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiate terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining satisfaction.
• Provide excellent post-sale service and address inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and track leads and activities.
• Participate in industry events to promote products and expand network.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices and product knowledge.
