Job summary

Al Mana Qatar Company in Qatar is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive car sales while upholding showroom standards and the manufacturer’s guidelines.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the automotive sector, and excellent communication skills. You will receive inquiries by telephone, in person, and email, guiding customers with enthusiastic presentations and helping meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling and promoting cars while taking into account all aspects of the sales policies and the manufacturer.
• Creating and maintaining a customer-friendly sales environment, as well as taking responsibility for daily maintenance and showroom display.
• Always ready to receive and process inquiries from new customers via telephone, in person, and email.
• Guiding the customer and informing them of our ability to provide personalized and enthusiastic presentations for all vehicles within the product range.
• Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding the details of all current marketing programs for agents and manufacturers.
