Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior professional to support the Corporate Planning function across Doha and subsidiaries. You will help define KPIs across financial and non-financial dimensions and assist in quarterly performance management and annual business plans.

This role requires deep experience in corporate planning, performance management, and dashboard development, with focus on aligning plans with strategic objectives and ensuring consistency across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s degree advantageous.
• 8+ years experience; at least 3 years in similar role in a reputed financial institution.
• Experience with performance management, balance scorecard and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Align the annual business plan with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Develop group-wide information for Executive Management and the Board for regular updates and decision-making.
• Implement KPIs and best practices for Senior Manager, Corporate Planning; promote cost consciousness and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards to measure performance against strategic objectives and identified priorities.
