Job summary

Qatar Fabrication Company is seeking an OD & Workforce Specialist to drive organizational development, job design, and competency frameworks at Ras Laffan. The role collaborates with leaders to align manpower with strategic goals and to optimize resource allocation.

You will coordinate with Learning, Development, and Finance to build actionable workforce plans, budgets, and performance linkages, while ensuring SHEQ compliance and continuous process improvement across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR; CIPD/PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7 years in OD/HR with 3–5 years in a similar role; oil & gas experience preferred.
• Experience with HRM-ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development and job design initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze workforce requirements and develop manpower budgets with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Recruitment and Qatarization targets; maintain records.
• Refine workforce planning processes and stay abreast of industry trends.
