Job summary

QatarEnergy Qatarization is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst to design and implement an optimized organization by aligning governance, processes, jobs, structures, and competencies with QatarEnergy’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, organization design or change management, strong analytical, interpersonal and coaching skills, and the ability to partner with executives and drive new practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Organization Design and/or Change Management, preferably in Oil and Gas.
• Proven ability to lead teams and shape opinions towards new practices and new ways of working.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to work with executives internal and external to QatarEnergy.
• Experience in project management and business modelling/engineering, with technical writer skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of organization dynamics, motivational theories and systems thinking.

The purpose of the Organizational Effectiveness Analyst role is to design and implement an effective organization through jointly optimizing, governance, processes, jobs, structures, competencies and people to achieve QatarEnergy’s strategic objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

Educational Qualifications
