Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, data analysis, forecasting, and resource optimization. You will deliver accurate workforce insights to inform HR and business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, solid Excel and data analysis skills, and experience with dashboards. Power BI is a plus, and you will collaborate across HR and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in workforce analytics, planning, HR analytics, or similar roles.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze workforce data, staffing levels, productivity, and resource utilization.
Support workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount analysis.
Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce KPIs.
Identify staffing gaps and opportunities for resource optimization.
Provide workforce insights and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce requirements.
Ensure workforce data accuracy and confidentiality.
