Job summary
Snoonu in Qatar is seeking an experienced Head of Scaling Operations to own the operational blueprint for launching and scaling markets from 0 to 20K+ orders daily. You will redesign shift structures, decide fleet models, and build playbooks to grow teams while preserving service quality.
The role requires leading cross‑functional work with Product and Tech, and shaping the platform to support each scaling phase with data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years in ops management within delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Proven track record scaling operations from early stage to high volume.
- Strong understanding of dispatch, fleet, zone design, vendor operations.
- Analytical with capacity modeling and cost projections; advanced Excel/Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end scaling playbooks for each growth phase.
- Lead the 0→5K phase with baseline SOPs, live ops, and vendor cadence.
- Drive 5K→20K transition, resolving bottlenecks and shift redesigns.
- Plan the 20K+ model: org structure, automation, fleet evolution.
- Translate scaling pain points into product requirements for tech.
