Responsibilities

Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related hardware.
Performs technical tasks and assists with milestones on projects.
Delivers solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Maintains documentation for computer systems and operations processes.
Provides incident response and customer support tasks.
Hands-on work supporting installations, repair and troubleshooting of communications systems.
