Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and data analysis fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate and document requirements in Arabic and English.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system needs.
• Prepare functional specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test case documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
