Job summary

COZMALABS in Doha, DAW, QA is seeking an experienced IT Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of software projects from initiation through completion. You will manage the full SDLC, ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements while engaging stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, and holds PMI/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT/software project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent are an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards, quality expectations, and business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote project management best practices and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
