Job summary

malomatia is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to translate customer needs into actionable initiatives within Qatar’s IT services sector. You will help capture business requirements, design test scenarios, and support process change requests across projects.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to document pain points, prioritize improvements, and monitor outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in highly analytical roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CSI register, Initiative register and service review reports.
• Identify key stakeholders to understand their contributions to each initiative.
• Document pain points in the CSI register to drive continual improvement.
• Define and document existing business processes and help manage their improvement.
• Deliver business improvement projects to agreed quality and time with stakeholder engagement.
• Validate business outcomes with stakeholders and monitor applied changes.
