Job summary

COZMALABS in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure needs are translated into effective system solutions.

Key duties include eliciting requirements, producing functional specifications, supporting the development lifecycle, and participating in UAT to validate deliverables against business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of BA frameworks, methodologies, and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar SDLC methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are assets.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Responsibilities
