Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in technology or change programmes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting technology delivery across the project lifecycle with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across IT initiatives.
• Analyse current and future-state business processes, producing process maps and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support business case development and demand prioritisation.
• Maintain the demand backlog, ensuring requirements remain accurate, prioritised, and up to date.
• Support technology delivery teams by providing clear analysis and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
