Job summary

Worley is recruiting an onshore Project Manager to lead the execution of brownfield projects in Doha. You will plan, direct and control the program, coordinating with clients and suppliers, developing budgets and schedules, and ensuring adherence to WorleyParsons procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with extensive onshore project management experience, and knowledge of Pre-FEED and FEED phases.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.
• Prior experience must include significant project experience and successful project management.
• Vast relevant experience in a supervisory and/or project management role including technical expertise.
• Strong experience in Onshore experience on Brownfield projects.
• Mandatory experience in Pre-FEED and FEED phase.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the assigned program and negotiates scope changes with the customer.
• Establishes program requirements and assigns responsibility to subordinates; monitors deliverables.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and plans; analyzes cost and schedule impacts and rectifies issues.
• Oversees health, safety, quality plans and ensures compliance with WorleyParsons policies.
• Maintains client relationships and manages multiple stakeholders; communicates progress and risks.
