Job summary

Worley is a global energy, chemicals and resources consultant delivering projects and value across asset lifecycles. The role focuses on planning, directing, and controlling programs, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and schedule, while guiding the project team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate brings an engineering degree, offshore brownfield FEED/Detail Design experience, and Chartered Engineer status or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.
• Mandatory experience in FEED and Detail Design for large Offshore Brownfield Projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or subtask.
• Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the program, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
• Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates and promotes technical excellence.
• Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program and advises on changes.
• Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work.
