Job summary

Worley invites a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex offshore brownfield projects from FEED through execution. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and secure successful customer outcomes while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction, managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project leadership across technical, financial and administrative functions.
• Experience in FEED and detail design for large offshore brownfield projects is mandatory.
• Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or pursuing it is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and controls execution of program components.
• Acts as company representative with customer and suppliers.
• negotiates changes to scope with customer and advises management.
• Monitors progress, costs, and schedules; reports to management.
• Develops budgets, schedules, and plans with lead discipline engineers.
• Ensures quality plans (HSE, QA/QC) are established and followed.
• Oversees risk management, procurement, and construction activities.
• Promotes continuous improvement and lessons-learned programs.
