Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Engineer in Doha, Qatar to lead design and engineering efforts for onshore oil and gas projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces, and ensure design reviews and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, MME accreditation, and experience in FEED/pre-FEED phases, with preference for candidates familiar with the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MME accreditation mandatory or plan to achieve within probationary period.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and oil & gas projects is required.
• Chartered/CPEng status or pursuing it is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client.
• Oversee design basis, design scopes, and performance, ensure successful project delivery.
