Worley is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager for offshore projects in Qatar. Qualifications

• Significant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sector projects.
• Proven experience as Project Engineering Manager / Engineering Manager on Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering projects in last 5 years.
• Strong exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering and global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the project engineering execution framework, including procedures, deliverables, workflows, and interface management.
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Feasibility/Concept, FEED and Detailed Design phases.
• Direct the preparation and quality of engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, standards, and schedule requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant design output, meeting customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve engineering execution strategies, project organization structures, and discipline responsibilities.
