Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Project Manager - Offshore to lead complex offshore projects from planning through commissioning in a Doha-based environment. You will own the project schedule, manage the design, procurement and construction interfaces, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule while maintaining high HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in offshore environments.
• Experience supervising and managing project teams on brownfield offshore projects.
• Demonstrated ability in pre-FEED/FEED phases and proposal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads budgeting and manages project operations to the budget.
• Ensures project work and team activities meet health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including leadership in proposals.
• Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
• Achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.
• Effective management of Worley/Client contract and delivery of budget gross margin.
• Manage and monitor project performance to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action.
• Develop resource and financial requirements from the project plan.
• Manage the design, procurement and construction activities to meet the project schedule.
• Project Manager ownership of the project schedule.
• Monitor the key reports and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor and control all cost aspects to forecast costs and avoid overruns.
