Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of stewards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that all areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest requests and special orders.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and mentor new stewards, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their role.
