Job summary

IRM Energy & Technology in Qatar is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Transportation and Site Support) to provide on-site project coordination and administrative support to the Logistics Division Manager and PMT teams.

The role centers on coordinating staff mobilization, transport allocation, site access passes, vehicle operations, and maintaining efficient office operations, with emphasis on safety and compliance within a large-scale project context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant business experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
• Strong administrative experience.
• Knowledge of project execution is an advantage.
• International experience, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and PMT teams.
• Liaise with company on permits and operational requirements.
• Coordinate staff mobilisation, transport allocation, and site access passes.
• Manage office operations, transport policies, procedures, and records.
• Coordinate vehicle mobilisation, maintenance, servicing, and operations.
• Monitor vehicle safety, compliance, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance.
• Handle employee requests related to office administration.
