Job summary

Telephony Communication Technologies LLC in Doha, DAW, QA — Full-time, on-site position. The IT Engineer will configure, install and support Windows servers, manage AD, DNS, DHCP and other services, and ensure security with antivirus and backups.

You will handle virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), storage (SAN/NAS), cloud services (Azure, O365, AWS), and multi-tier applications, requiring strong problem-solving and teamwork with English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation ITSM certification; Azure Administrator and other Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and storage management experience.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, installation, and support of Windows servers and services.
• Maintain central antivirus, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Administer multi-tiered applications, databases (MS SQL), and storage (SAN/NAS).
• Manage virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud services (Azure, O365, AWS).
• Troubleshoot operational issues, document tasks, and complete projects on time.
• Collaborate with team members and users in a bilingual/English environment.
